HERE IS NECESSARY KNOWLEDGE FOR THE TOUR

* KEEP IN MIND THIS IS NOT AN OFF-ROAD THRILL RIDE, THIS IS A CALM, PEACEFUL & SERENE TOUR OF CHUCK SWAN FOREST.

* Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled ride time.

* Parking will be available just inside the Park entrance.

* Appropriate clothing is needed for the weather conditions.

* NO open toed shoes or sandals.

* Sunscreen

* Sunglasses whether sunny or not due to dusty trails.

* A breathable face/neck gaitor/bandana is great for dusty days.

* Bring your snacks or beverages with you. Sorry, as you guessed, NO ALCOHOL.

* Tennessee State Law stipulates that all riders under the age of 18 must wear a helmet.

* Tennessee State Law stipulates on off-road trails riders over the age of 18 can wear helmets at their own discretion.

* If it is raining at the time of your ride, we will work with you to reschedule or cancel your ride, at no cost to you.

* Please cancel 48 hours prior to your reservation to receive a full refund.

* If you must cancel within 48 hours, there will be a $50 cancellation fee.

* No refunds will be given for same day cancellations or early returns.

* You will be responsibile for any damages accrued.
